QuickerTek has introduced it’s latest Apple charging product, this one powered by the sun, called the Apple Juicz. Coming in versions for all three MacBooks (Original, Air and Pro), the charger harnesses the sun through solar panels in a foldable and flexible cell array.
The 18 watt version will charge the Macbook Air in about 14 hours; the 27 watt which will do the same in about 8 hours and the 55 watt which can knock it out in about 5 hours. Here in the US AT&T will charge you $199 for the 8GB iPhone 3G and $299 for the 16GB model. With the cheapest voice plan starting at $39 for 450 minutes. You would have to pay an additional $5 for the previously included 200 SMS mesages. You will have to pay $20 to get unlimited messaging. The consumer data plan starts at $30 a month and $45 for business users, on top of the voice and SMS costs. (more…)
