Snow Leopard gets slimmer and SEXIER!

Posted on Monday, June 23, 2008 by | 1 comment

As more and more details come to light about the forthcoming “Snow Leopard”, one of the bright spots is Apple’s work in making app’s more lightweight. This is mainly for the purpose of being able to run on mobile devices which require and use SSD drives that rock a significantly lower capacity.

Among the more svelte programs we can look forward to is Preview, which will be knocked down from 70MB to 11MB; ical, from 89MB to 48MB and Mail, which goes from a whopping 287MB to a measly 91MB.
