    My only thought guys on the Monopoly conversation is, that none of know if Apple have something waiting, but like any company that has a similar situation like this, they will not until they are forced to, or it looks like they will be losing lots of money because of a legal action, change. Why would they, if they have such a large so called monopoly then they are not worried about a few sales they might be losing by opening up to other third party players.
    Another issue that I heard on the macbites podcast (Kudos Elaine and Mike) was the fact was that if they make any changes to iTunes and that breaks the third party devices connection WHO is responsible, Apple? As Elaine says Apple do not want responsibility for third party devices.
